Word Work Printables for Dolch

People often wonder what teachers do when school is cancelled because of snow.  We never run short on things to do so even though we're home, we're usually still working.  Grading papers, planning lessons, and if you are a primary teacher, you might even find yourself cutting out freshly laminated pieces to a center activity!  That being said, I experienced a first this week.  Our Christmas Break was extended because of snow.  And for the first time ever, I was home on a snow day with an empty school bag.  Not only that, but my house was clean so I didn't even have any housework to do!
So, after spending lots of quality time with my three year old (playing cars, making shapes with Playdoh, and watching a movie) I decided that I desperately needed to do something productive.  {I know, right?!  What's wrong with me?}  And that led to this............

These word work pages have been a huge hit with the kids so for those of you working with the Dolch lists, these are for you!  Kids love them because they are learning words in a really fun, interactive way.  They get to color, stamp, cut-n-paste, trace, circle, and write each new word.  This set contains the Pre-Primer Dolch Words - if we have another snow day, maybe I'll work on the Primer list.  :)
If you want to take them for a test drive, head on over to my TPT store to download the preview for a free sample page.  I hope you find them helpful!  Have fun teaching and learning!
